Plain words about your details.
We are a small family business. We ask for the minimum we need to get fresh flowers to you, and we keep it that way.
What we collect
Only what you give us on the pre-order form or in a WhatsApp message: your name, your WhatsApp number, an email if you choose to add one, your collection or delivery choice, and any notes about your order.
Why we collect it
To prepare your box, to confirm availability and price, and to arrange collection or delivery. Nothing else.
What we do not do
We do not sell, share or rent your details. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not send marketing messages.
There is no online payment on this website, so we never see or store card details. Deposits are paid directly into our bank account.
Where it lives
Pre-order enquiries are sent to us on WhatsApp and kept on our own phone and order book. They are kept only as long as we need them to complete your order and for our own records.
Your choice
You may ask us at any time to correct or delete your details. Message us on WhatsApp and we will do it.
Photographs
The images on this site are illustrative of our flowers, prayer goods and the way we prepare them. Colours vary naturally from harvest to harvest.
If anything here is unclear, please ask. We would rather explain than have you guess.
