When should I order for Kavady?
As early as you can. Kavady weekends fill first, and once our allocation for a harvest round is reserved we move to a waitlist.
How is payment handled?
Deposit is arranged on WhatsApp. Full payment: use Yoco (pay.yoco.com/lotus--divya-light) or EFT to Eco Organics with your order number (LDL-XXXX) as reference. You may pay a deposit or the full amount — regular clients often pay in full. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
Can you deliver to a temple or hall?
Yes. Zone delivery fees are East R120, North R175, South R200, West Rand R200, Pretoria & Centurion R350. Or use your own Uber/Bolt. Collection is free at our listed points.
Can I collect late evening or early morning?
Collection times are arranged per order. Tell us when you need to collect and we will confirm what is possible.
